About Me

I’m Grace, an author, editor, workshop facilitator, and creator of The Writer’s Station. I hold a BBA in Economics, an MBA in marketing, and a professional editing certificate from the University of Chicago. My debut novel Free Falling was a Georgia Romance Writers’ Maggie Award finalist and is now being considered for TV adaptation. I’m currently out on submission with my YA action thriller, The Code, a finalist for the 2024 Sisters in Crime Eleanor Taylor Bland Crime Fiction Writers of Color Award. I am a past recipient of the Killer Nashville Lisa Jackson Scholarship and the 2025 Mystery Writers of America Barbara Neely Grant.  

Alongside editing, my professional background includes marketing communications, product management, and corporate training. I have conducted workshops for Writer Unboxed, Sisters in Crime, the Romance Writers of America, and the Atlanta Writers Club where I serve as a freelance editor for their biannual Atlanta Writers Conference. I work with the Big Five Publishers and am proud to have worked with a number of award-winning and best-selling authors including Diane Chamberlain, Paula Chase, Lauren Blakely, Trisha Thomas, and Amanda Foody. I’ve also worked on a fun Marvel project (IKR!) and several nonfiction titles for traditional publishers. I love supporting indie and self-published authors as well, and I’m a student of Mark Dawson’s Self Publishing Formula. I was even featured on their Self Publishing Spotlight interview series.
