ABOUT ME
About those Liam Neeson-level skills …
I’m an author, editor, and workshop facilitator. I have a BBA in Economics, an MBA in marketing, and a professional editing certificate from the University of Chicago. My nonfiction work includes Everyday Economics (Quarto, 2022) and a regular column for Writer Unboxed—a Writer’s Digest Best Website for Writers. My novel, Free Falling, was a Georgia Romance Writers’ Maggie Award finalist.
My professional experience includes marketing communications, product management, and corporate training. I have conducted workshops for Wake Up and Write! and The Atlanta Writers Club, and I am a freelance editor for their biannual Atlanta Writers Conference. I work with the Big 5 Publishers and am proud to have worked with a number of best-selling authors including Diane Chamberlain, Trisha Thomas, and Amanda Foody. I’ve also worked on a fun Marvel project (IKR!) and several non-fiction titles for traditional publishers. But I love my indie and self-published authors, too, and am a student of Mark Dawson’s Self Publishing Formula. I was even featured on their Self Publishing Spotlight interview series!
I value my clients’ time and commitment to quality publishing, and I work closely with them to help them achieve their writing and publishing goals. Click or tap here to read what clients are saying about my work and here to see a few of the projects I’ve worked on.
When I’m not alternating between the Marvel and DC universes, I live in Atlanta, Georgia.
